Rockstar announced that GTA 5 and its online spinoff will be launching. We don’t have much information about what changed. Although, Rockstar said it will be both expanded and enhanced.

Synopsis: “Within the fictional version of San Andreas, that single-player story follows three protagonists. They are a retired bank robber Michael De Santa, gangster Franklin Clinton, and drug dealer Trevor Philips. Join their adventures and try to commit heists. 20th Anniversary and Some Surprises

Rockstar announced that they plan some fun surprises to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Grand Theft Auto 3. It was released on Oct. 22, 2001. It’s not wrong to expect nice stuff since the studio is already working to commemorate the anniversary and keep loyal fans happy.

GTA 5 was launched in 2013 on Xbox 360. Since then, the all-time hit proved itself as a legend. Also, the game leaped over generations through its journey. First, it was released on Xbox 360 in 2013. In 2014, the game came to Xbox One. It also became available on PC in 2015. Now GTA 5 will be coming to Xbox Series X/S on November 11. That is definitely a great success for a game. We can say the series is aging really well because it keeps evolving over time. In addition to that, GTA 5 has sold more than 140 million copies till now, Publisher Take Two stated.

Latest Developments Are Still Unclear

We don’t have enough information to know what will be different on next-gen consoles. It’s unclear what the upgraded version will offer current players of the game. Also, it’s not announced if people who already own the Xbox One version will be able to upgrade to Xbox Series X/S for free. It would be great if players will have that chance instead of buying the new version. Rockstar didn’t make an announcement about these questions. We have to wait and see which one will happen for a little more time.

Xbox Game Pass subscribers have the chance to play Xbox One version until November. GTA 5 returned last month with additional support for Xbox Cloud Gaming. If you think you can’t wait till then, you might take that chance and become a subscriber. You can take a look at our articles to see what Xbox Game Pass has to offer.
